It's a New Year, and I've updated the calendar with events in North Carolina, Maryland, and New York City in February. If you're nearby, I'd love to meet you at one of these events, especially if you have books to recommend!

An evening discussing romance novels, all the things you can learn about relationships from reading romance – and book recommendations, of course! I love hearing what people are reading.

Lady Jane's Salon, at Madame X, 94 West Houston Street, New York, NY
I'll be the guest emcee for Lady Jane’s Salon third anniversary extravaganza! Guests include Eloisa James and Lisa Dale. Lady Jane's Salon is a wonderful monthly event – if you can come, I hope you join in.

Durham County Southwest Regional Library 3605 Shannon Rd., Durham NC
From the official description: “With humor and directness, Wendell talks about what romance readers gain from reading, including the affirming idea, “romance mean believing you are worthy of a happy ending.” Be sure to bring a pad and paper because you will want to check out (or buy) the many books she writes about. A book signing will follow the reading.”
Don't miss this one, because uber-romance librarian Jennifer Lohmann is organizing it, and she's a very cool person to meet.

Booksigning at Turn The Page Books, Boonsboro MD
I'll be signing the Bosoms and EIKAL at Turn the Page. It's a group signing, too, so if you come out into the balmy February weather, you can meet Nora Roberts / J D Robb , Mary Burton, Mary Kay McComas , Donna Kauffman, Mary Alice Baumgardner & Michael Douglas Jones.
