Hanukkah, Day Three - Puzzle Bugaloo!

Hey, look! Puzzles! Harlequin VINTAGE puzzles! How fun is that?

I have a secret love of doing jigsaw puzzles. I rarely have the time to sit and do one, but once we get started I have the best time. So imagine my glee when Harlequin sent me a collection of their new Harlequin puzzles.

See? Aren't they cute?

Each one is 1000 pieces, and each features some awesome old-skool Harlequin art, like the covers for Where the Wolf Leads and Murder Man – and my fave, Message from a Corpse.

So today we have THREE prizes. Three winners will get a puzzle, AND a $50 gift card to the bookstore of their choosing. You know, so you can read and do puzzles at the same time, because that totally works.

I do ship internationally, so overseas entries are welcome. Void where prohibited. Must be over 18 to win. Call toll free before digging. PC LOAD LETTER.

Terrarium, lamp, and clown toy in picture not included (how the hell would I mail a terrarium, I do NOT know).

All you have to do is leave a comment and tell me which book you'd like to buy should you win a bookstore gift card, and you're entered to win. You've got about 24 hours – ready set go!

I’d purchase an e-copy of Jennifer Crusie’s Bet Me!

  2. StaceyIK says:

I would buy the new Ilona Andrews book or anything new by Julia Quinn.  I can’t wait until Christmas because I always get a gift card from my husband.  Then I can stock up on new books!!  Yippee!!

  3. Baz Kay says:

Hmm, I’d have go with ether “Twilight’s Dawn” by Anne Bishop, or “Hollowmen” by Amanda Hocking as the first book I’d buy with a gift card. I’ve been waiting to snag that one, just in case someone decided to get it for me for Xmas.

And then there would be so many more books bought with the remainder, truly.

  4. Jen McKernan says:

I would finally break my book buying ban on myself, and get EIKAL and the Maya Banks coming in January…and probably ten more that I can’t think of off the top of my head!!  My wishlist is long!! (That’s what she said…)

  5. Terrie says:

Another one of the great upcoming books: Laura Lee Guhrke’s “Trouble at the Wedding” would be on the list!  And those puzzles are really just too cool!

  6. Turtle says:

I would get A Lady Awakened by Cecilia Grant.  I have been waiting for that book since you talked about it on your podcast with Jane !

  7. Erin F says:

Wow! Awesome giveaway thank you! I love puzzles, they’re so relaxing 🙂 and I ‘d probably get a lady awakened since I ‘ve heard such great buzz about it.
    Happy Holidays everyone!

  8. Josie MacGregor says:

Which book would I buy? You want me to pick one? Just one? I’m a broke college student who hasn’t bought a book not related to school in over a year. I can’t remember the last time I read a (non-school) book I didn’t already own. In fact, if I ever did come into book money again, I’d probably have to ask for suggestions, because the backlog is so huge, I wouldn’t know where to start.

  9. MrsNewlywed says:

Oh, that question is hard! I think I’d start with Teresa Medeiros’ “The Pleasure of Your Kiss,” followed by “How the Marquess was Won” by Julie Anne Long. Historicals = awesomesauce.

  10. Erika M says:

I’d get CS Harris’s What Angels Fear. I’ve heard good things and have been wanting to read that series for awhile now.

  11. A tie between Kim Harrison’s “A Perfect Blood” and “London’s Curse: Murder, Black Magic and Tutankhamun in the 1920s West End” by Mark Beynon.

  12. Sally says:

I’d like to buy “What People Wore When: A Complete Illustrated History of Costume from Ancient Times to the Nineteenth Century for Every Level of Society.” I figured it’s about time I get a costume reference book.

  13. Amanda says:

    Sharon Shinn’s General Winston’s Daughter

  14. Karen says:

My love-hate relationship with Susan Johnson is eternal…I would have to buy Seductive as Flame.

  15. Ally says:

Oh man, hard choice! I couldn’t go wrong with the newest from la Nora though 🙂

  16. Ros Clarke says:

Me, me, me!!! These look AWESOME.  I would buy Lisa Kleypas’s entire backlist.
