  1. Jacqueline Jacobson says:

I love westerns and guess I should give Goodman a try.  My favorite western romance so far has been Comanche Moon by Catherine Anderson.

  2. sophy christensen says:

I would hardly call that hidden. : )

  3. Anne Lee says:

Many of Jo Goodman’s books are comfort reads for me, but the one that holds a special place in my heart is Scarlet Lies. This was the very first romance novel I’d ever read and still remains one of my favs to this day.

Brooklyn, the heroine, is a long lost heiress, who grew up in the slums and managed to survive (and thrive) on her quick wits and courage. The chemistry between hero and heroine sizzle throughout, but it’s scenes like when Ryland teaches Brook how to read that are the most poignant. You can’t help but to root for these two.

  4. Sharon says:

    Riders of the Purple Sage

  5. Rita says:

I’m not a huge fan of western romances but read the occasional one for a change of pace.

If possible I’d like a copy of the book with the original cover! 😀

  6. LuchaLori says:

I’ve never read a Jo Goodman, but I love The Virginian!

  7. Dawn Green says:

I haven’t yet read any of Jo Goodman’s. I’ve read only a few westerns. Of those, I think my favorite would be Linda Lael Miller’s ‘High Country Bride’. This cover gave me a laugh on a day I really needed one!! Thanks.

  8. Amber E. says:

I have not yet read a Jo Goodman book nor a Western romance, but have heard such great things about Jo Goodman I would love for a chance to win her book.  Thank you for the great giveaway!

  9. StaceyIK says:

I like a lot of Jo Goodman’s stuff.  One of my faves is Never Love a Lawman.  I was intrigued by the railroad ownership angle and the romance was very good!

  10. Cakes says:

I’ve never read Goodman, but would love to give her a try! I’m not much of a western romance reader but those McKettrick boys make my knees weak. And For the Roses by Julie Garwood is amazing.

  11. Taylor P says:

I am reading it now. My favorite Goodman book is Never Love a Lawman.

  12. Rosie Nguy says:

I can’t choose just one from these three:

    Sweet Fire
    If His Kiss Is Wicked
    The Price of Desire

Although if favorite = one most often re-read, it would have to be Sweet Fire.

  13. Bethany says:

I’ve never read Jo Goodman but my western fix is usually assuaged by Linda Howard’s Mackenzie’s Mountain.

  14. Owen Kennedy says:

“Pop-Up Penis”….I love it. It can be the “Pop Goes The Weasel” game for adults.

  15. SamG says:

    Montana Sky

  16. Aoife says:

I’ve never read Jo Goodman and the only western I’ve read was Parting Gifts by Lorraine Heath.  It was a real tear jerker.

  17. KellyM says:

The only western romances I’ve read so far have been Alexis Harrington’s.  My favorite of hers was Desperate Hearts.  I’d love to read the new Jo Goodman.  Thanks!

  18. Lynn says:

I have been reading Jo Goodman since she first started putting books out in the 1980’s. Although all of her books are great reads, my favorites are the Marshall Brothers series (Midnight Princess & Passion’s Sweet Revenge) and the Dennehy Sisters series (Wild Sweet Ecstasy, Rogue’s Mistress, Forever in My Heart, Always in My Dreams, Only in My Arms).
One of my favorite Western romances is Julie Garwood’s For the Roses—I usually end up re-reading it every year.
Just think, if I win this, I can add it to my copy of Christina Dodd’s Castles in the Air—yes, the one with the three-armed cover!!!

  19. DeeCee says:

I haven’t tried Goodman yet, but my favorite western right now is Caine’s Reckoning by Sarah McCarty. 🙂

  20. Kelly says:

I’ve never read a western, or this author, but an accidental dong is definitely more than enough to get me to try! It sounds like a good way to branch out of my current genre into a new one!

  21. Karlie says:

I’ve never read Jo Goodman but now I will.  My favorite is LaVyrle Spencer’s Hummingbird.

    still26…………I wish

  22. Jill says:

Never read Ms. Goodman, not being a huge western fan (although I did love “For the Roses).

But for an accidental dong? I’d give it a go. 😉

capcha: while45 … yes, while I was 45, I would have liked an accidental dong or two!

  23. EbonyMcKenna says:

You’re speaking Welsh to me now?
    Saucy wench!

  24. Maritza says:

Don’t think I’ve ever read her books. Would love to give hera try.

  25. Jamie says:

  26. Anna says:

My favorite Goodman so far is All I Ever Needed.

  27. BK Rogers says:

Ooooh…Ohhhh…I so want this! My favorite Western/s are the old vintage romances of B.M. Bower…the Flying U series. 🙂 Nothing you’ll find in a brick and mortar store today, but you can find them as free downloads.

  28. Kaitlyn B says:

I love love love Granite Man by Elizabeth Lowell. Actually, anything by Elizabeth Lowell. I don’t know if her stories set in the west actually count as westerns, but I love them best.

  29. SonomaLass says:

Marry Me is my favorite Goodman, although I have a really soft spot for Wild Sweet Ecstasy, with the fabulous horizontal tango rainbow cover. I’m also a big fan of Accidental Dong!

  30. Andra says:

I haven’t read a lot of westerns (clearly I must rectify this immediately… does Victoria Dahl’s The Wicked West count?) but I really enjoyed Eugenia Riley’s Wanted Across Time.
