    Soooooo cute!

  2. Tina C. says:

Does it make me old and far too practical if I kept thinking, “Where does he think he’s going?  What about her roof??”

(Or maybe I’m just a homeowner who is currently in desperate need of a new roof.)

  3. Charlotte says:

Does it make me unbearably cynical that i keep thinking “He crashes her house and then immediately start talking about himself! What about listening??”

Or maybe I’m just tired and grumpy and need to read a good romance.

Off to look through TBR pile!

  4. Cute but I’m like everyone else I kept thinking—does he realize how much roof repairs cost? I think everyone’s having a grumpy Friday the 13th.

  5. LG says:

Cute, although I agree with others. When he first looked in horror at the crashed flying machine, I foolishly thought his horror was due to the damage he’d just done to a cute-looking stranger’s roof. And also, I kind of wanted to know more about the girl – we get a picture of the guy’s family, but nothing about why that girl is living inside a house filled to the brim with stuff.

That said, you know, it says something about a short when we only got 4 minutes of video and find ourselves caring about one of the characters. Very nice.

  6. peggy h says:

“The roof!  The roof!  And all the broken stuff!  And the cleanup!!”  But it was cute.  I want to think he was going to get help to repair all the damage, but somehow that seems unlikely.  I hope they have an HEA (though…uh…maybe separately, and hers will be with someone who’s handy in the house.  Just sayin’…)

  7. Mireya says:

Well, I thought it was cute and felt for the girl, who is obviously painfully shy, and since I am a daydreamer with a very mild side of social anxiety disorder, I started filling the blanks in my head.  Not once did I think of repair costs and I would have been heartbroken if she hadn’t been able to pull on that ribbon hanging from the side   o.O

  8. darlynne says:

And all I thought was “Adrien Brody.”

  9. Ruby Duvall says:

    Aww! So sweet!

  10. jujukitty says:

All I thought was “3 minutes and 51 seconds of my life that I’ll never get back”.

Grumpy Friday the 13th strikes again. :-<

PS – Ditto on Adrien Brody. Yummmm.

  11. DreadPirateRachel says:

And all I thought was “Adrien Brody.”

Word. I’m going to place myself in the extreme minority and declare that I loved this video. It made me happy, and that’s saying something as the end of the term looms with its stack of unfinished papers and final exams.

  12. Christina says:

Obviously I am super unpractical because my only thoughts were:

    1) AAAaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwww

    and

    2) They have to make the rest of this story. You know, where she helps him and he helps her and they build wonderful, beautiful things together.

  13. Kristyn says:

How cool. I thought it was adorable, too. In less than four minutes I felt for that girl.

  14. Yamyam says:

Just had a little sniffle. I was having an awful day and that little vid just made me feel much better (even if I was sniffling the whole time). So thank you! 🙂

  15. Kimberly B. says:

I thought it was really sweet! Plus, since I sort of decided that her parents locked her in her room away from human companionship, maybe they deserve to have to fix the roof!

  16. PJ DEAN says:

All I could think was, “When did Adrien Brody become a cartoon character?”
