Over at Brant Flakes (HA) the blog of writer Marilyn Brant, Candy and I did a two-part interview wherein we talk about our favorite movies, tv shows, writing, and the intersection of our blog and our real lives..
My favorite part is this answer from Candy:
I mostly watch TV shows on DVD nowadays, so I’m woefully behind the times and have only recently discovered Pushing Daisies. Man, Lee Pace. I want to climb him like a tree and lick him—not necessarily in that order.
Thank you Marilyn!
By the way, is Amazon delaying shipment of your book (I ordered it weeks ago) due to lack of stock or for some other reason?
(Getting mine via Chapters now).
If you lick him first that’ll make him harder to climb, though easier to mount. Ahem.
God I can’t wait to get my book. Ordered it the other day off Amazon … WHY oh WHY does it take so long for a book to get to Australia?
LOL@Venus Vaughn.
The interview at Marilyn’s blog is just a continuation of the riot fest that is the Heaving Bosoms Tour for me. I’ve got BIG LOVE for the Brant Flakes and was glad to see you lot pop up there too.
Sarah and Candy, SO glad to have you two visit (twice!!) and am enjoying seeing you and the Heaving Bosoms across the net and in every imaginable book-buying location :).
@PK~sending Big Love back at’cha!
My copy should be here Friday. I know this, and yet I’ve been checking my mailbox all week like it will miraculously and suddenly appear.
*huff* Me and Patience – we’re practically strangers.
OMGosh! I watched Pushing Daises just for Lee Pace! And maybe the cute dresses Chuck wears. But mostly Lee Pace. You should see him in Mrs. Pettigrew Lives for a Day—he has this accent (Irish?) that just makes you want rip off the shirt that perfectly matches his eyes. *swoon*
Candy: you should check him out in the movie The Fall. He. Wears. Eyeliner. I actually thought of you when I saw that.
Word: company69. Oh man, how appropriate is that?
