XD Love watching the Marine drill teams move. Absolutely freakin’ smooth.
Ok, we have marching girls in NZ and Australia, and military “tattoos” occur all over the world, wherever there is a military. But the librarians? Seriously, only in America. 🙂
The first video was funny. The second was just frickin’ impressive. Glad the zeppelin didn’t fall onto the bayonets though… 😀

I never grow tired of watching the Army or Marine Drill teams. And Military Tattoos are an awesome sight.

Those Marines grew up wanting to be Rockettes. I know baton twirling when I see it. Glad to know they have an outlet for their creativity 🙂

I got to see the Marine Corps Drill Team while in USMC boot camp.
Talk about awe inspiring and pride inducing.
If you ever get the chance to see them live, don’t pass it up.

Lord, I love the sight of a man in uniform.
Talking with a librarian friend in Washington, we both said we’d like to be on book cart drill teams. But her library doesn’t have enough book carts. My library, on the other hand, has lots of book carts, but there’s only one other person who might be interested in such an idea … and she fell over her book cart last spring.

omg – I got to watch part of the Book Cart Drill Team National Championship this spring at ALA and it was awesome.
The winning team danced to Thriller and had zombies and mad scientists – with smoking beakers – and everything. (science librarians)
