My DDP sez that the chem video missed one—“fluorine and hydrogen are so strongly attractred that they’d be doing it on the floor.” Hmm, and that leads straight to the second video. All I can think of is how long it took to make that—and how much, often and thoroughly the animator had to watch the original footage. Ew.

I should go find my high school chemistry teachers e-mail and tell him to play that video in class. Talk about hilarious AND good science. They should to a whole series of those and market them to high school teachers. Though with the censorship in American schools these days who knows what kind of controversy that could create. The second vid is simply hilarious. It’s so obvious what’s going on, and yet artsy in a cartoony way.
