Say Peep!

Purely on the basis of the “I gave her my heart, she gave me a Peep” entry, I had to share this with y’all:

The Washington Post’s Gallery of winners in the Peep Diorama Contest.

A graceful curtsey to IL#2 for the link.

EDITED TO ADD:

A link from the intrepid Zoe:

Passover Peeps!

I am so building that on the seder table next year. No question.

This is so funny. We had a peeps diorama contest at our annual Easter bash (“Drink Up, It’s Easter!”). Ours involved more blood and fire though. LOL! When our footage hits YouTube I’ll send the link along . . .

  2. Holly says:

“Soylent Green Is Peeps!” LMAO I love it!
These are all so well done, I have no idea who to vote for. I’ve never been a fan of peeps either.

  3. closetcrafter says:

The Peep-O-Suction rocked.  They are what get you there in the first place !!!!

  4. Castiron says:

    Hee!  (What, no Village Peeps?)

My favorite Peeps page is still Peep Research, http://www.millikin.edu/staley/peeps/ .

Anything I can do to contribute to the cultural zeitgeist…

  6. Qadesh says:

Oh, oh, Reservoir Peeps!  (deep breath)  That is freaking hysterical.  Ah the talent.

  7. Oh, thank you, Zoe!  Now, if I could only get Peeps certified kosher for Passover they’d have pride of place at my seder!  These were wonderful!

  8. Jill Monroe says:

    This was outstanding.

I’m one of those who looks forward to Peeps every year.  I know they have Valentine’s and Halloween Peeps, but they’re just not the same as the Easter.

  9. Melissa says:

Agreed about the Peep Research project. I’ve got that bookmarked on my work computer and revisit it every couple of month. I giggle each time, especially at the slide of the director scolding the Peeps for ‘inappropriate behavior’.  🙂
